Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect color or style selection, or items that no longer meet a customer’s personal preference.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your name and order number
• A clear photo or video of the item
• A photo of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

SHIPPING

BU Unique Apparel & Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first to open a claim.

If your package arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us promptly so we can assist you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

FINAL SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Clearance, discounted, promotional, and final sale merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
